Invoicing us

Invoicing us

Here are instructions for authors on how to invoice us for their articles printed in Linux Magazine.

We provide OpenOffice.org 2.0 Calc templates for invoicing (see below). You may use these templates and just follow the instructions given there, or use your own layout. If you use your own layout just make sure it contains all the information as indicated in the templates.

If you choose to use your own layout for a company invoice, please note that the invoice must contain the following information:

  • Company registration number
  • Company registered name and address
  • Trading address if different
  • VAT registration number

Within Eurozone

If you're living within the Eurozone, we will wire transfer the money to your bank account. Please remember to provide the account information as indicated in the invoice template.

Outside Eurozone

If you don't live within Eurozone, we need PayPal account information for you. If you don't have a PayPal account, please create one, it's free. We'll then transfer the invoiced amount to that account.
