LinuxChix-India article

LinuxChix-India, started in 2005 by Archana Raghupathy, got a nice write-up in The Economic Times. The article includes a quote by Vidya Ayer, which illustrates a cultural reason that it's harder for women in India to get involved with computing. Ayer says, "It's the lack of infrastructure, while the lack of computer access also plays some role. Most men who don't own computers would use a friend's machine; women in India would not have the freedom to stay late at a friend's place to hack away."
