Ubuntu Unity Demo

Dec 10, 2010

Jono Bacon, Ubuntu Community Manager, recorded a short demonstration of the current state of Unity.

Announced at UDS-N, Unity will be the new default desktop user interface beginning with the Ubuntu 11.04, Natty Narwhal release. In this video demonstration, Bacon gives Ubuntu users a view of the future of their desktop.

Bacon reminds viewers this Unity demonstration is still pretty early in the release cycle and what you are seeing is Unity on Natty Narwhal Alpha 1 booted from a USB stick.
