Novell Attachmate Merger Complete

Novell announced that it has completed its previously announced merger with Attachmate Corporation and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of The Attachmate Group.
As a result of the merger, Novell's common stock ceased trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market at the close of business yesterday, April 27, 2011.
According to Novell, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services has been appointed to serve as the agent for payment of the merger consideration to Novell's stockholders, and will be mailing stockholders instructions on how receive payment for their shares.
