openSUSE Conference 2010 Announced
"Collaborate Across Borders" in Germany, to be specific.
The openSUSE Conference 2010 has been announced for October 20-23 in Nuremberg, Germany.
During the four-day conference, more than 70 speakers and work shops will take place covering topics in free and open software, administration, and software development all centered around the theme "Collaboration Across Boarders."
The conference takes place in the Berufsförderungswerk Nuremberg and admission is free. The openSUSE Conference 2010 will give time to several projects including OpenOffice.org, GNOME, KDE, and even mobile operating systems Android and MeeGo.
Topics for sysadmins include IT infrastructure discussions focused on the LAX Framework as well as tutorials for openVPN setup and secure data deletion within Linux.
