Data backups, images, and more with Qt4-fsarchiver
Conclusions
Qt4-fsarchiver proves to be a very useful piece of software when you need a simple option for backing up and restoring files and partitions. However, it requires a short learning curve and, for backups over the network, a remote computer with a proprietary communication protocol or operating system. Qt4-fsarchiver shows its flexibility on standalone systems under Linux, where it can replace several backup programs that are only capable of backing up parts of a computer system. In the test, Qt4-fsarchiver was extremely stable, reliable, and fast, and its use of resources on less powerful systems is impressive.
