Knoppix 6.1
Knoppix 6.1

Knoppix is the quintessential Live troubleshooting tool for admins, developers, and desktop Linux users. This handy Debian-based distribution runs directly from the DVD drive on a variety of Intel-based systems. Version 6.1 includes an update of the Microknoppix design unveiled in the 6.0 release, which includes a new boot system and a reduced software collection for faster startup.
Knoppix offers an impressive array of GNU/Linux applications, as well as automatic hardware detection and support for a great variety of graphic cards, sound cards, and USB devices.
