Because of a manufacturer’s defect, many users were not able to HD-install or copy the Knoppix 7 DVD included with Issue 137. We apologize for the inconvenience. In this installment of “Ask Klaus,” Klaus explains how to work around the defect. The easiest and fastest way to get a replacement disk is to download the ISO image from the Knoppix website and burn the image to disk using your favorite CD/ DVD disk-burning utility.
