LPI Announces 300+ Organizations In Training Partner Program

The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) announced that their 2010 training partner program is up 10 percent from this time last year.

The LPI training partner program now includes 303 organizations from 55 countries worldwide.

In 2010, the following organizations became the first LPI Approved Training Partner (LPI-ATP) in each country: ROOTLINUX (Argentina), Phogen LLC (Kosovo), Asia Talk Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), Afrique Expertease (Morocco), Computer Warehouse Group and Gateway Polytechnic Saapade (Nigeria), AAZAM College of Technology: (Pakistan), CESAE: (Portugal), VNLAMP Training Center (Vietnam)

Likewise, in 2010, Cyprus University Of Technology (Cyprus), University of Balamand (Lebanon), UIP (Panama), and Istanbul Technical University (Turkey) became the first LPI Approved Academic Partner (LPI-AAP) in their countries.

Established by the Linux community in 1999, the Linux Professional Institute is an international non-profit organization that promotes and certifies essential skills on Linux and Open Source technologies.
