LinuxFest Northwest 2011 Prepares Program That Promotes Participation

The organizers of LinuxFest Northwest 2011 (LFNW) are busy making arrangements for attendees to experience outstanding open source presentations, exhibits, and fun with something for everyone on April 30 and May 1 at the Bellingham (WA) Technical College.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in sessions such as the comprehensive telephony/VoIP track with top Asterisk developers and users as well as enjoy the opportunity gain a greater knowledge of cloud, security; Android; multimedia; and sysadmin and dev tools. In addition the ACLU and EFF will be on hand to champion your digital rights in Bellingham during LFNW. Other sessions include Free (as in speech) brewing (as in beer), Alpha Geek: Lather, Rinse, Repeat..., Honey, I deleted the kids: preserving your digital legacy for decades and more.

In addition to the main session presentations, this year LFNW 2011 is set to include Lightning Talks, Lean startup series, Big Job Fair and Gathering (Friday prior to the event) and much more.
