MeeGo Gets Ported to Additional Smartphones
Nexus One, HTC Desire, and Dell Streak all get the open source OS.
Intel and Nokia have been stingy about showing off official MeeGo hardware, but that hasn't stopped intrepid members of the MeeGo community from porting the open source mobile OS to other mobile devices.

The MeeGo development community have migrated the OS to the HTC Nexus One, the HTC Desire and the Dell Streak. The MeeGo wiki offers picture as well as instructions for how to successfully port the operating system to each platform.

It's important to note that the versions or MeeGo being rolled out to these platforms are definitely for developers only. The instances described on the wiki lack hardware acceleration capabilities because of the lack of access to proprietary graphics drivers and other issues with touch screen calibration and so on.
