Simple Groupware 0.500 with Offline Mode and Diagrams
The web based groupware solution Simple Groupware is now available in version 0.500. New in this version is a module for rendering diagrams with another module implemented to allow offline viewing of folders and attachments.
To render diagrams, the PHP application utilizes the free visualization software Graphviz. Offline viewing is made possible via HTML 5, which for example, is currently supported by the Beta version of Firefox 3.1 browser.
Developers have added a patch to stabilize the export of spreadsheets, updated the PHP template library Smarty and extended the CMS module with an XML sitemap. Simple Groupware 0.500 is available for download as compressed PHP code archive on the project website. The software is licensed under GPLv2.
