The European Union Public License (EUPL) is an OSI-approved and FSF-compliant open source license written by the EU. Yes, I know, you’re going to say, “Meh, another FOSS license. Don’t we have enough already?” Usually, I’d agree – there are (too) many already – but there’s a reason EUPL is worth knowing.
