Fedora 22 released almost on time

Outlook

Fedora 22 has already hinted that the Workstation version will more suitable for productive desktop use in the future. This does not, however, in any way mean stagnation, with remodeling pressing ahead in Fedora 23. The increased use of OSTree will ensure improved support over the whole life of a Fedora installation [11]. A further focus in Fedora 23, which is scheduled for release October 27, is on sandboxed applications [12] that (like containers) mutually isolate applications. A spin with Cinnamon could be added as a new desktop. In fact, the whole Fedora universe is looking pretty exciting right now.
