Take Notes and Manage Tasks on Android with NoNonsense Notes

Productivity Sauce
My quest for a note and task managing app for Android is now officially over (for the time being, anyway). Why? Because I've found a tool that meets pretty much all of my needs. NoNonsense Notes is an open source Android app with a sleek Holo-based interface and the ability to handle both notes and tasks.
All notes in NoNonsense Notes can be organized into lists, and the app allows you to set as many lists as you need. In addition to that, you can assign a due date and reminder to each note. While you can't assign a priority to the tasks, you can rearrange them by dragging them up and down. Besides the regular time reminders, NoNonsense Notes also supports location-based reminders which trigger notifications when you are at a specific location. This way, you can add a reminder to a grocery list which triggers a notification when you are somewhere near a supermarket. The app continuously saves new and modified notes, so you don't have to hit Save after every edit. Better still, the app offers the nifty Timemachine feature which lets you view all previous versions of a specific note. Finally, the app supports syncing via the Google Tasks service.
NoNonsense Notes lacks a couple of features I personally find useful, including tags and color labels. But even without them, NoNonsense Notes is a solid app that does a great job of keeping tabs on notes and tasks.
